The first 3 episodes of the season were fine, but episodes 2-3 were more akin to filler episodes, let’s take a look at how things progress in the next 3 episodes

Netflix Retrospective - Dragons: Race to the Edge Season 2 Episodes 1-3
Right, we’re
back with Dragons: Race to the Edge with season 2 or as I prefer to call it
season 1 part 2, because this clearly was a 26-episode season cut into 2 when
it was pitched to Netflix. Season 1 delivered on some creative world-building
and had an interesting main antagonist, who continues into this season. How
does season 2 stack up? Let’s take a look

Netflix Retrospective - Dragons: Race to the Edge - Season 1 Episodes 1-3
How to Train
Your Dragon has been a great success for Dreamworks and whilst the latest film
is to bring the film trilogy to a close, there may still be life for it on
Television. Dreamworks’ Dragons began as 2 20-episode series, the first titled
Riders of Berk and the second Defenders of Berk. I would have covered these but
I don’t have copies of them and they’re not on Netflix, but the follow-up: Race
to the Edge is, so we will be covering that. Whilst there are a few story beats
that carry over between the series, there’s nothing that makes the show
difficult to follow so without further ado, let’s begin this Retrospective on
Dragons: Race to the Edge.

Sequel Baiting #9 - How to Train Your Dragon 1 & 2
We’re going
to end sequel baiting with something a little different. Sequel baiting is a
massive time drain, which is why I’ve ultimately decided to cancel it. But I
love this franchise and I want to look into their library of TV series at some
point, so where better to start than with the 2 movies that have come out. I am
aware there’s a third due out next year, which is why this would not normally
qualify for the sequel baiting treatment. So, think of it is me combining 2
mini reviews together, patching together my thoughts, with a little compare and
contrast. There won’t be categories or scoring on this one, but I hope it’s
still relatively clear
